Do you take care of the whole job?
We are Loft Conversion Specialists & we offer a design and build service. This means we become a single point of contact for the entire build.
Can i design my own en-suite?
Certainly! We believe in assisting in the design process as much as possible. After our initial visit we build a full 3D model of your home to include the new Loft Conversion. From this we can assign locations for things like, shower trays, basins & toilet.
How do payments work?
After we’ve agreed a quote, we take a deposit for the build, this secures the date and the design process through to the application of building control. We then split the majority of the build cost between the estimate weeks to completion. This means the customer pays weekly payments.
